12-Session Private Program

The Core Imprints Program is a personalized 1:1 journey designed to help you identify and release deeply rooted emotional imprints, often inherited through generational or ancestral lines, that silently shape your stress responses, self-perception, and internal pressure.

This work is for individuals who are ready to go beyond surface-level stress relief and into the unconscious layers that drive long-standing emotional patterns. Whether you feel stuck in a particular area of life or carry a weight that seems unexplainable, this program provides the space and structure to reconnect with your natural clarity and inner steadiness.

What’s Included:

• Twelve 50-minute 1:1 sessions with Paul

• Sessions are scheduled at a pace that honors your process (often once per week or as needed)

• Some sessions may extend to 90 minutes, depending on what’s arising and what’s needed for resolution

• Focus on inherited emotional imprints, ancestral patterns, and deep nervous system conditioning

• Between-session support via email or text for any reflections or questions, with a response within 24 hours
