The illustration below will gives an overview of the nature of the healing process. Regardless of the issues or challenges you may be facing in your everyday life such as health, finances, relationships or any other challenge, you must gain certain key insights about life before you can transcend these issues. We are all born with our own divine plan which lays out the specific life lessons we must learn throughout our lives.
Based on our individual plan, we are born into an environment with specific parents and circumstances specific to our growth needs. People may be brought into a positive and nurturing environment or into a negative and abusive environment. The environment dictates our life experiences or suffering which in turn become our stories.
If you are suffering now but have not had a difficult upbringing, you could possibly be carrying the suffering of your parents or the suffering of your own past lifetimes. These stories of suffering become patterns that are stored in the unconscious mind, which create our conscious and unconscious thoughts. Buried within these thoughts lie the deeply rooted identities and perspectives of life.
Deeply held identities and perspectives based on suffering come together on the surface level in the form of judgments, beliefs, ideas, and conclusions; which is known as the ego. The ego is the drive that dictates our way of being, attitudes and behaviors in life. Ultimately, when the ego is out of balance with the heart, different life struggles appear.
This healing process is the‘de-layering’of the ego. Because it took time to create the layers of the ego, it takes time to ‘de-layer’ the ego. Each layer of the ego contains energy that can be released through the heart. When this energy is processed through the heart, nuggets of insight and awareness are released, reprocessed and retained, thus creating wisdom. The accumulation of these newly formed positive insights can break past life karma and behavioral patterns. When the break occurs, the problem has been transcendedand the key lessons have been learned and will no longer be experienced.
