1. Prior to Session, please complete the following:
(1) Consultation Form, (2) Release Form, and (3) Payment Process.
2. During the OTH Session, to GET the most out of your session, please read the instructions carefully.
When the session starts, please summarize and tell your practitioner the issue you want to work on in few short brief sentences. It is best not go into extensive details unless the practitioner ask for further details. Allow the Opening the Heart Practitioner (OTHP) guide you. If you go into too much extensive details about your story, it may slow down the session.
“I am not happy at work.”
“I am having relationship difficulty with X”
Step 1: State your issue.
I have a fear of ‘x’.
I have a worry about ‘y’.
I have an issue with ‘z’
Step 2: Notice where you feel in your body? Do you feel in your heart? Stomach? Throat? etc?
Step 3: Notice any specific tangible feelings or sensations related to Step 2? What does it feel like? tightness? heaviness? dull? sharp feeling? etc.
Step 4: Rate from 0-10 what you feel? 0-no pain or totally peace. 10- worst, unbearable stress
Step 5: Write your observations from Steps 1 -4 and email practitioner prior to session.
Step 6: Choose one or more of the Free Resources. Spend minimum of 30-60 minutes to go through. I highly recommend that you take the time to go through all of them and learn from them prior to the session. DOs and DONTs of the sessions:
Do express and summarize your issue in simple and brief sentences. Please do not get carried into extensive details of your issues.
Do allow the OTHP to guide you through the process. If you are making assumptions about this process based on other energy methods or modalities or past experiences of other methods and try to tell the OTHP what to do, you may lose the effectiveness of session.
Do not try to get too cerebral/mental about understanding the WHYs and HOWs. Understanding the process will come naturally as you progress and experience OTH sessions
What to be aware of during session?
You may experience emotions of anger, grief, sadness, and other emotions release during the session. Some people may release tears and if you do, let it come out because suppressed emotions (that have been trapped in our system for many years) are being released. Some people may experience physical sensations including tingling, pain, dizziness, nausea, etc, because an old conditioning is being released that can sometimes be uncomfortable.
3. After the OTH Session, you may experience the following:
Emotions releases of sadness, grief, anger, or any emotions that may have been suppressed over the years. You may be releasing for several days or longer depending on person and complexity of life issues.
Physical releases or physical sensations including some pain, tingling, nausea, other discomfort because your body is organizing due to expanded heart energy. Physical sensations may be processing for several days or longer depending on person and complexity of life issues.
You may be more sensitive of your feelings and be more in touch with emotions of yourself and others.
You may have more freedom of expression because when conditioning gets released, you may find yourself speaking freely your truth and because of that some people may get triggered or offended.
You may notice that friends, family, and pets react differently to you. Some may react positively to you while other may react negatively to the new you. You may choose to leave some old friendships and make some new along the way. When you do the OTH work, it is highly likely your triggers or buttons will get released and you may become a different person.
